At the beginning of our process, the client had one major issue: how can I find my way into the Head Hunting recruiting market in an area where the main players have a 20/30 years head start? In Veneto (the northern Italian region where Venezia is located), territoriality is basically almost 50% of the deal itself. People and culture there value belonging among all things, besides pragmatism and a direct frilless approach.
I bet many young companies and projects often face the same situation and feeling: they know they can definitely do some good within their own sector but they think they competitors are too big and/or too rooted for a new guy to stand a chance.
Through a thorough research and data driven-approach, we redefined the core message, narrative and positioning, spotting a niche that, surprisingly, had been left almost untouched by the competitors.
Provided a new communication, data, redefined the sales book and overall engineering, outreach messages and, above all, clear data that showed potential clients why and how my client could solve a real problem and prevent them from spending extra money with little to no certainty of success, client’s assignments have tripled over the following 2 months from the beginning.
